The 2435 sq.ft home has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 2 bathrooms. The master-suite features a bedroom with King-size bed and a large bathroom with comfortable size tub and walk-in shower. The 2 guest bedrooms have a Queen-size bed each. The third guest room features a Twin and a Full bed. Sliding doors open from the master bedroom, the den, the kitchen and the living room to the lanai and pool area. When waking up you’ll enjoy the rising Florida sun, perfectly starting your day in paradise. Why not having your breakfast in the lanai today? Afterwards take a few laps in the electric heated saltwater pool and embrace the new day. The lanai offers plenty of outdoor furniture and a TV and is inviting you for relaxed day dreaming. Indoors you may enjoy time in the living room area with the comfortable 2 couches, a flat screen TV and a game table. There is a second couch area with view of the pool. For your convenience the house offers a central radio system.
