Welcome to Phillippi Harbor Club. STOP towing your boat to a boat ramp, and enjoy the convenience of making a call to the marina and having your boat fueled and in the water when you arrive. When you return, the staff pulls your boat, rinses it off, flushes the engine(s), and returns it to your very own, personal boat rack. This state of the art facility has been built to the latest hurricane and fire codes. Conveniently located in Sarasota off Tamiami Trail. This is a great sized rack and can accommodate most types of boats. 32' x 10' x 13.9' The Phillippi Harbor Club offers a locker room with an assigned locker, onsite professional marina and office staff. There is plenty of parking. They also sell ice and fuel. The marina is about 8 minutes away from the Intracoastal and about a 25 min ride to the Gulf. The racks are also in rental demand. This space is currently leased through the end of September, but can possibly be broken. Some owners charge up to $535 a month. The quarterly maintenance fee pays for the operation of the marina.
