Welcome home to your private courtyard heated Roman pool home with a guest casita! We built this home with the intention of retiring here. Circumstances now necessitate a relocation. We have been Snow Birds residing here for only 5 months each year so the Home is 7 years young. We spent endless hours customizing the floor plan to accommodate our lifestyle. Upon entering the courtyard you are greeted by a caged Roman heated pool. Double cove ceilings, crown molding, imported Italian porcelain tile, numerous indirect lights, excessive electric outlets both inside and out, extra water faunts and the only courtyard house which has sliding door access to your back garden make this home unique in this community. After a stressful day jump in the pool and then relax in the Jacuzzi tub in the Master Bath. The private guest casita has its own ensuite bath and has been wired to accommodate a small kitchenette affording your guests amenities in their own space. As Snow Birds we entertain almost every weekend when we are here and we relish having our guests near but still retaining our privacy. This home is perfect for entertaining since all rooms open to the pooled courtyard.
