Our condo is closer to the water than any other condo in Pelican Landing or in Bonita Bay. Our condo is on the west end of the building w/ 300 degree views & sunsets every day of the year. Since we are on the tenth floor, we are high enough that we can see the ocean & yet low enough that we can clearly see the dolphins. spring creek enters Estero bay not far below our building. Besides having better views, units like ours, on the west end of the building, are larger than the units on the east end of the building or in the center of the building. The total size of our unit is 5140 square feet. This includes 4260 square feet enclosed living spaces w/ air conditioning & 780 square feet of screened in terraces & a 100-square foot balcony. The enclosed living space includes three bedrooms & an office. The office has a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed. One of the guest suites has a queen size bed. The other guest suite has two single beds. Each of the bedrooms has its own dedicated bathroom. The office has a bathroom as well. There is also a half bath near the entrance way.
