Cape Coral, FL Land Use and Development Regulations .13 Corridor District (Corr). A. Purpose and intent. This district is established to: 1. Implement the recommendations of the Pine Island Road Master Plan; 2. To promote such uses as retail, office, office/warehouse, light manufacturing, institutional (schools, colleges), residential, golf courses, larger scale commercial retail (big box stores over 50,000 square-feet) and government uses such as parks and public facilities; 3. To provide design guidelines for large scale retail; and 4. Otherwise implement this ordinance. The nature of the development(s) that can be built within the Corridor district is determined by the size of the land to be developed. As the property size increases, so do the options for development.
