Surf Colony III is tucked away in a gated community at the north end of Vanderbilt Beach – well away from the road. The building is located at the end of a peninsula, surrounded by water. Enjoy your very own island of calm while being hypnotized by the Gulf and Bay Views. Dolphins make an almost daily appearance in the bay searching for dinner and the bird life is amazing. An Olympic sized pool is located just outside the back door, and “tennis on the bay” is also available. The sugar sands of world renowned Wiggins State Park and Vanderbilt Beach are a short walk away. Since the building is surrounded by water, the feeling is more of a ship than a condo. There is a Gulf view from every window. The condo has been renovated and features granite counters in the kitchen with upgraded appliances, tile throughout, and the furnishings are contemporary. The unit will sleep four comfortably. Please note that while there is a flat screen TV in both the guest bedroom and living room, there isn't one in the master bedroom.
