The master and guest rooms are really very lovely. The condo was newly painted in July. Also new wood floors were installed this summer as well. Really nice. The porch is both screened and glassed-in so no matter what the weather that room is available. The view is nice and you are only a short walk to the pool. By the way, the tram to the beach pick up is right across the street from San Marino. This condo has a very nice open floor plan.
