The Bismark Palm features a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit on the 1st floor that also has Saltillo tile throughout and a nice outside patio area. It sleeps 4 with the sofa bed and rents very well. On the 2nd floor, overlooking the pool, you will find the Coconut Palm and Date Palm which are mirrored 2 bedroom 2 bath units which are nicely appointed to accommodate 6 and provide balcony outdoor seating and plenty of light inside with a few Juliet balconies and Romeo and Juliet style balcony sliding doors. There is a shared fenced in yard which makes the beach house pet friendly and a shared BBQ area and private laundry area. The pool deck has seating and lounges for the guests. Beach chairs and umbrella are made available to the guests and local free ride services will take guests anywhere on the island free of charge with tips only. There is plenty of off street parking and private beach access through an electronic key fob gate at the end of Windsong Lane. The Windsong Beach House property has the benefit of a deeded easement providing access all the way to the Gulf of Mexico where you will find Siesta Key's world class #1 rated beach in the US.
