I don't think you'll find another home in this price range, that has a separate family WITH a fireplace! This home has been very lovingingly cared for and updated. The kitchen is unusually large for a home of this size...with a closet pantry, and cabinet and counter space galore! The counter space extends into the dining area also, for storage of china, etc. The master is a very good size, as you'l see from the furniture it currently holds, and is en-suite, which is also pretty unusual! There are beautiful laminate floors throughout and I don't think they're like any other laminate flooring you're familiar with!
